Most people do not enjoy buying a used car. The process has a reputation it largely earned — inflated listings, vehicles that are somehow always “just sold” when you arrive, and a price that grows every time someone disappears into a back office.

249 Auto exists because that is a solvable problem. We are a small operation in Phoenix, which means we do not need to move hundreds of cars a month to keep the doors open. We can afford to turn down the vehicles that do not meet our standard, put a fair number on the ones that do, and tell you exactly what you are looking at.

Everything we list is inspected before it goes online. If something needs disclosing, we disclose it. If you want the service records or a vehicle history report, ask and we will send them over — we would far rather you buy with full information than find out something later and feel misled.
